In 2019 two volunteers decided to start up a monthly soup kitchen to encourage friends and neighbours to meet up for some soup, crusty bread and a chat. Sadly Covid lockdown hit in March 2020 and it wasn't until January 2022 that it started up again.
Today it is still going strong with between 20 and 30 people attending each month. It is held on the third Wednesday of every month between 12:00 and 1:30pm and all are welcome to come along.
